Bellinter House | View Profile

“Bellinter House is a beautiful and quirky venue in the heart of Meath. We loved the vibrant coloured rooms designed by Suzie McAdam. The food is incredible in Bellinter and the staff are super helpful. There were plenty of gorgeous bedrooms for our guests to stay for our 2 day celebration.” – Read more

Brooklodge and Macreddin Village | View Profile

“Brooklodge and MacCreddin village is a stunning, intimate venue in the heart of Wicklow, surrounded by hills, trees, filled with autumnal colours and beside a small brook running beside the chapel. Making for a picture perfect, relaxed and intimate day. The Strawberry tree room restaurant has an absolutely beautiful private dining room with a long table dining experience, suiting just the 43 people in attendance. The food was out of this world, absolutely amazing. All organic, locally sourced, with amazing cuts of meat and vegetables from the surrounding area and pasta that had people coming back for seconds and thirds. The staff were incredibly supportive and reassuring, taking care of every need up to and on the day itself. Everything was flawless.” – Read more

“The reception was in the 4* Abbey Hotel Roscommon. We choose the Abbey Hotel as it has beautiful picturesque grounds and an intimate setting. Tom and Geraldine Grealy and family were very welcoming and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As were the staff on the day whos attention to detail. The food was delicious and second to none. Conyngham Arms | View Profile

“From the moment we met Louise in The Conyngham Arms we trusted her. She pre-empted every question or concern we had and reassured us along the way. Just like our ceremony we wanted a very relaxed and family orientated day and every member of staff in the hotel ensured this. We hosted a meal for our families in the library the night before the wedding. It was a fantastic start to the celebrations and the staff particularly Louise and Casey made us feel so welcome and looked after.” – Read more

The Brehon | View Profile

“Choosing the Brehon was the best decision we made! We loved the hotel for years and always said we would have our wedding there and it really did live up to our dream venue.  Sharon and Catriona went above and beyond for us and the whole day ran so smoothly as a result.  The food was beautiful! We opted for fillet steak cooked to order for one of our mains and our guests are still talking about it.  The drinks reception on the mezzanine was a big part of why we booked the Brehon.  We loved the idea of our drinks reception being separate to the main bar and getting the photo of us walking in and looking up at our guests cheering us on from the balcony! Part of the package was a pianist during the drinks reception which allowed us to spend money on another form of entertainment – Leon Anderson – a magician who was loved by all guests big and small!” – Read more

Clayton Hotel Sligo | View Profile

“The Clayton Hotel Sligo is a beautiful setting, with the curved driveway leading up to the ornate Elizabethan style building. We got married in the charming Canis Major chapel on the grounds which was not only absolutely stunning but was also so handy since we had lots of guests from overseas who had already travelled so much to be there. Our reception was in the Pegasus ballroom, everything had been tailored to our taste and style as a couple perfectly.” – Read more

Liss Ard Estate | View Profile

“Liss Ard is a fascinating venue. It is a classical Georgian building, with a totally modern, crisp and minimalist interior, and a rotation of modern art on display. It was actually owned bought by the Swiss government in the 1970’s, with the intention that it should be used as the base of a Swiss government in exile in the event that the country was invaded by the Soviet bloc. Now it is a gorgeous wedding venue with an award winning chef who relies on local produce for their amazing menu. The venue has 25 bedrooms in the main house, a lake lodge and stables/mews.” – Read more

Claregalway Hotel | View Profile

“We chose our venue because…of location, size and quality. We had only ever heard good things about the hotel and as soon as we walked through the doors to reception we knew it was the place for us. Nora was so welcoming and after a quick tour of the function room and a discussion about our wants and needs they really were the only choice.” – Read more

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa | View Profile

“We chose our venue because we loved the contemporary feel of Dunboyne mixed in with its old Georgian House which was originally built in 1764. The Tara Ballroom is a gorgeous setting for a wedding function, the wall lights in the shape of leaves really caught my eye when we first went to view Dunboyne and we absolutely loved that there was a bar in the actual room so people didn’t have to leave to get their drinks.” – Read more

Lyrath Estate | View Profile

“We chose Lyrath Estate Hotel by chance. My mum and my sister brought me to Lyrath as a surprise birthday treat and I fell in love with it. I brought Ciaran back to see it and luckily he felt the same way. We met with Gill, our lovely wedding co-ordinator, and the rest was history. We booked our wedding with less than a year to go so the count down was on! It was a bit of a challenge at times planning the wedding from Wales but we chose fantastic suppliers who made the experience as easy as possible. It was really important to us that we got married back home.” – Read more
