We met… 9 years ago at Easter.
Our proposal… was at the top of the round tower ruins at Castle Dargan.
My dress… was bought in HobKnob Bridal in Perth, Australia.
My hair and make-up… my hair was done by by Shirley Mulvaney from Salon 2 and my make-up was by Aisling Leydon.
His suit… was from Lavins Outfitters in Ballymote.
Our wedding theme/colours… Navy and Ivory.
We chose our venue because… Lough Rynn Castle Estate were the most accommodating and welcoming.
What our bridal party wore… The flower girl dress were bought in Malaysia at a market and we got the navy embellished bridesmaid dresses on Littlewoods. The boys wore suits from Lavins Outfiters in Ballymote.
Our menu… Starters: Crumbed Camembert with Cranberry Sauce. Soup: Wild Mushroom and Thyme. Main: Guinea Fowl/Roast Beef with Veg and Mash. Dessert: Strawberry Cheesecake and Tea/Coffee.
Our honeymoon… was in Cuba. We spent 2 nights in Havana and 5 nights in Varadero.

My piece of advice for other couples… don’t stress, only you notice the smallest mistakes and enjoy the day it flies by!!
