Your wedding celebration could help to make a wish come true for a child living with a life-threatening medical condition.

Make-A-Wish Ireland is a children’s charity with one simple aim - we grant the wishes of children aged between 3 and 17 years who are living with a life-threatening condition. Having a wish come true is a magical experience for a child, giving a short break from their normal routine of hospitals, doctors and medical treatment. Each wish provides long-lasting and happy memories for the whole family, whatever the future may hold.

When you make a donation to Make-A-Wish in lieu of wedding favours we provide you with wedding favour cards for each of your guest tables. This lets your guests know that you have shared the happiness of the occasion by helping a child's wish to come true.

You can donate online through our secure website, send a cheque or bank draft, or call the fundraising office on 01 205 2007 to make a payment over the phone.

What a fabulous service you provide. Instead of traditional wedding favours we wanted to give back in a way that meant something to us and our guests. We made the donation Christmas week (our wedding was the 28th!) and we still managed to receive the favour cards to be displayed at each table on time via DPD. Thank you so much!

Make-A-Wish were fantastic to deal with. We wanted to donate as part of our wedding favours. They couldnt be more helpful over the phone. They sent us little table signs for each table, and a couple of ballons, pins and wrist bands - we put them on our sweet table.
