Perfect Photobooth

Perfect Photobooth, is unbelievable their staff are a pleasure to work with and they are very professional, the photos we got back in our album were hilarious, everyone really enjoyed it.

Booked this Photo booth early this year for our wedding in Spanish point 30/11/19. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. On the night our guests seemed to enjoy the experience to be honest however as we had paid for it obviously we had higher expectations. When the photobooth arrived I imagine myself and my husband were one of the first to get some pictures taken. We quickly realised this was not what we had expected. When we booked this service like we did with all other suppliers we used, we checked all company websites, reviews, facebook, instagram etc. It states on the website something completely different to what we got ‘Go into the PHOTOBOOTH, pull the curtains for a little privacy and settle in. You'll see a set of instructions on the screen, with some helpful tips about how to pose, where to stand and where to look while your pictures are taken’ this was not the case. What we got was 2 ladies one with a camera on a tripod and the other with a printer outside in a white curtain poled booth. We thought we had made a mistake at booking on the night so we carried on with our night, I paid two visits to the booth only. We then checked the website the next day and realised we were correct in our expectation, we had expected this to be a machine that guests operate themselves and collect pictures from the machine themselves. Some of my guests have said that they were unsure they were even supposed to get a print as they were waiting so long for them to be printed. The photobook memento we received was pretty bad, the quality of the photos were extremely poor all or our own pictures were white, and some of our guests photos also. The quality of the print was extremely poor with white lines going through all. We made contact to make a complaint, and I have to say customer service started out ok but ended horrifically. There was an effort to rectify the pictures of myself and my husband by editing them and we were offered better print outs of our pictures that were bad for our photobook, which we were grateful for, however our pictures could not be fixed. We emailed again one final time to reiterate that we were extremely disappointed as we felt like we were not getting the service we thought we were going to get and feel that the website is misleading and untrue which was our main issue. We then got a shocking response from Kate saying the Photobooth was for our guests and not for us and did we expect to get an album full of pictures of ourselves considering we had a photographer. This says a lot and is not one bit professional. At the end of the day, we paid for a service that was advertised falsely, it was poor quality with poor customer service. They may have won awards a few years ago but the wedding industry is evolving rapidly with a market saturated in selfie mirrors & photobooth machines etc, why would you go for this service when there is competitive prices and better service. In hindsight if I had known, I would have booked someone else or I would have gone down the route of instax cameras or DIY booths using and IPad or camera myself which I have seen done successfully at many other weddings which would have been a fraction of the cost.

Kate was a dream to work with! She listened to our vision and then worked to create the most magical day. I loved her idea of including a photo booth. The keepsake wedding album we received at the end of the night is such a fun reminder of how much fun everyone had. Thanks!
