Steve Rogers Photography

Steve is a very easy going and professional photographer and really captured all the scenes for us on the day - from morning preparations, to the ceremony, to the reception. He even organised an informal shoot for us 6 months before the wedding! The posed wedding portraits on the day were particularly good, and we have the perfect images of all ourselves, our family, wedding party and guests to keep for posterity. Would definitely recommend Steve.

Steve was recommended to us by our best man, who was a wedding photographer as Steve was known to be an excellent photographer and a very pleasant guy. My husband is very shy and hates photographs and I wanted fab photos. And Steve really delivered; he was so discrete and somehow he managed to take wonderful photographs!! I would heartily recommend Steve to any couple who wanted great photos !!

Fiona and I got married a few weeks ago and Steve was a pleasure to work with. He brings masses of energy to the day and gets everyone smiling - he even got some good shots of my famously camera shy family members. We had some great posed photos as well as lovely shots taken in the moment.

We live in the UK but Steve made the organisation really easy and was extremely flexible with his schedule to suit our needs. We both particularly enjoyed the pre-shoot photos which we used for our wedding website. Luckily the weather was good so he got his drone out for some great aerial shots.

Since he has such a wealth of experience, he really helped fine tune the order of the day - down to when everyone needed to leave the house. We are not overly organised people so this worked well for us - everything went like clockwork on the day without us having even to think about it.

We got a first look at the photos in less then a week and, what was particularly important to me, we got full size digital copies of every photo the week after that. This was all included in the price, so we weren't suprised by any hidden costs.

Steve is a fantastic photographer, a great guy and someone we would recommend to anyone!

Such a great day we all had with Steve! He is so professional at what he does but also great craic! He made everyone feel at ease and got the nicest pictures and has a great imagination! Could not recommend him enough, we cannot wait to meet up with him to go over our wedding album!

Steve is a fantastic photographer. The meeting with him in advance gave him an idea of the the type of people we were and pictures we wanted. The photos were natural but also had the standard family photos we wanted. He worked well with two wheelchairs in the family and was very conscious of a photo shy family! I forgot he was there which came across in the photos. I didn't lose a lot of the day posing for pictures because he was taking the great photos from a distance. I can't rate Steve highly enough. He got the best out of everybody with his easy going manner!

I could not recommend Steve rogers enough. He was a pleasure from engagement shoot, morning of the wedding in my house to the chruch and then reception . He capture every moment without us even noticing. True professional gentleman.

We were absolutely delighted with Steve. I picked his name at random, not being familiar with photographers in the area. We had a very small family wedding but Steve pulled out all the stops. We have beautiful photographs of our day. I was especially delighted at how he managed to put everyone at ease....there was no posing and no forced smiles! The groom is allergic to the camera and would have preferred not to have a photographer. However, even he had to agree that on the day Steve managed to mingle with the crowd and was largely unnoticed.

Steve is a pleasure to work with from the time spent beforehand laying out a plan for the day, to the day itself & follow-up afterwards for finalising your album. He always puts everyone at ease (even the most camera shy!), he's not in your face so you don't have that uncomfortable feeling of a camera always being in your face, he captures lovely random shots of the guests which is always important to have.

Our one point of advise to any couple getting married is, and this is in general, no matter what - there will probably be one or several photos that you'll be sorry you never thought to get taken or someone you['d wished you had got a shot of or with. Spend some time going through photos or thinking about who you want in them or what you want taken. If possible - have a reliable family member tee'd up to make sure that all the necessary shots are taken cause you - as part of the bridal couple & the photographer themselves will be too busy and have too much going on to think of everything... You only have one chance to get it the way you want it.

Steve was incredibly flexible in meeting us when it suited us, often putting himself out, to accommodate our schedule. He always met with us in a professional and relaxed manner which immediately put us at ease. We learned as went that the photographer is the core person on the day who keeps the whole day moving, it is imperative that the relationship you have with him is one of trust, flexibility and ease.
