• Overseeing all vendors as per their duties on the day and coordinating any final vendor/supplier payments
• Set up of any items at your venues (e.g. lanterns, guest books, name cards, favours…)
• Oversee ceremony, reception and all general logistics of the day (including checking room layouts and floor plans)
• Ensure all key family members and bridal party are where they are meant to be
