It was a long held dream of mine to be able to work with flowers every day. After working with multi-national companies since I left college, I decided to take a leap of faith after being made redundant, by setting up my own company. I completed my flower training in Dublin along with my events planning diploma and with extensive experience, I was ready to take on the challenge and begin a new adventure.

I can?t recommend Aster Flowers & Events enough. From our first meeting in the RDS, through all our consultations and then on the day itself - Katie was the picture of professionalism. She took a very rough vision that we had and turned it into the most beautiful wedding display. The church flowers, the bouquets, the buttonholes, the corridor dressing - every single detail was looked at and executed in the most beautiful way! She incorporated some elements that we had made ourselves, and brought her own creative flair too.

We met Catherine at the wedding fair and glad we used her as our florist. Our bouquets and decorations were absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Kate was fantastic to work with, took all my Pinterest ideas of classic elegant flowers and turned them into reality.
There is no packages to pick from, fully bespoke service offering as much or as little as you want at very reasonable prices.
Another excellent aspect is that Kate orders the flowers specifically for you, which means you aren?t stuck picking from a catalogue of bouquets or with whatever the florist has in stock.
Really really delighted with our flowers, so much so our friend has booked with Aster Flowers for her wedding.

Working with Katie planning our Wedding flowers was a great experience. We wanted our flowers to be as memorable as possible but to stay within budget and Katie helped us achieve this and more. From our Table decor to our ceremony venue the flowers were beautiful but for me personally my wedding bouquet was truly beautiful and exactly what I had asked for. I have the photo of my bouquet as my screen saver on my computer that's how much I loved it. Katie has great ideas and she is very helpful, Book her you will not regret it.

made everything so easy and nothing was a problem or issue. Katies warmth, friendliness and positivity really put me at ease and I knew we were in good hands! She understood and captured my vision from the the very beginning and to say that she delivered is an understatement! Katie did way way more then just delivered on the day, she went above and beyond at every level! Her attention to detail and elegance is outstanding and all our guests are still speaking about your displays! The greatest surprise I got was when we got home after a weeks break and our flowers were still fresh! Katie is amazing at what she does and I can?t recommend her highly enough!
