Long Time Coming Wedding Band

I'm a tad late posting my review, however Long Time Coming are absolutely fantastic! Couldn't recommend them more. Alan is brilliant to deal with and nothing is too much hassle.

The band kept the guests at the wedding party fully entertained and people still talk about how good they are, and have recommended them themselves. There is a perfect amount of interaction with the crowd which keeps the atmosphere high, truly enjoyable! They have a vast catalogue of music and know how to read the crowd. At our wedding, the dance floor was never empty, it was constantly full and that's down to the band. This band are excellent, I couldn't recommend them more.

Where to start - We picked Long Time Coming during the start of the first lockdown and never got a chance to listen to them love so naturally felt like we were taking a chance, i never had any doubt in my head but to see them on our wedding night made it all worthwhile! They are an amazing band and so easy to deal with feel like it was the best decision i ever made! every guest loved them and are still complimenting us on our choice. If you are looking for a wedding band look no further you won't be disappointed. Give Alan a shout a pure gentleman to deal with

We booked Long Time Coming for our wedding band and DJ and they did not disappoint. The amount of talent and energy they have is amazing. Alan is a true show man and he is brilliant at what he does. Everyone was saying how great they were and the songs they sang appealed to all.

Long Time Coming did an amazing job for us on our wedding day. We were traveling over from the U.S. and were a little nervous not having seen them in person until our wedding day but we didn't need to worry at all! Their energy, talent, and professionalism is unmatched. Really an amazing time and everyone was telling us that they really made the night special and made our reception so fun! Highly recommend!

We had long time coming wedding band at our wedding last week. They were out of this world. We couldnt be happier with our choice of band. They were so great when it came to song choice and they were great to work with in the lead up to the wedding day. As for the night itself everyone loved the band , the dance floor was full all evening. Everyone commented on how great they were the next day. They really made our night amazing. We had Alan out our wedding.his professionalism and attitude are absolutely brilliant.from the time we booked him he was so helpful and guided us in the right direction.we had him for pre dinner,band and Dj and worth every penny.we would highly recommended him.the dance floor was packed all night

We got married on the 25th of April in tulfarris in Wicklow the band arrived early to the venue and set up straight away everyone had a ball and were up dancing the night away even people that haven?t danced since there own wedding day .. Alan was a huge hit with the ladies too

You were outstanding and everyone mentioned to me the next day what a great band you were. And a great dj. We were delighted you were able to learn our first dance song for us and it was amazing. BEST DECISION WE MADE... In the prep stages of our wedding we went to see tons of bands and to be honest, we were getting a bit confused and disheartened by the whole thing, we just wanted the right fit for us. We were out for lunch one Sunday afternoon and saw a sign pointing towards the hotels function room for a 'wedding band showcase by Long time coming', we had our meal and went down to have a look. After seeing the band and a quick chat we booked our band, and by God did we book the RIGHT band. So professional, nothing was a problem, even learned our 1st dance and took requests, the floor was packed all night and our guests are still talking about how good the band were, they are all going to book them for their own weddings, thanks again Alan and crew

We could not have been happier with Long time coming. We had a 2-piece set at the reception, after dinner band and DJ, each of which completely exceeded our expectations. The dance floor was full all-night with music to suit every generation. The band, really knew how to read the crowd. Our first dance was performed even better than the original and was really a special moment for us, especially having our kids included. It was amazing how many guests, both family and friends, sang the bands praises in the days following the wedding and how having such a fantastic band made the wedding even more enjoyable for them. We honestly cannot recommend the LTC enough!

Long time coming were amazing from start to finish. From the weeks leading up to the wedding they were very professional and got to know exactly what we were looking for. Then on the night they had the dance floor full and made the entire evening fun. It was a great atmosphere and as good as we could ever have imagined. Alan put so much effort into our wedding, definitely the best front man out there, thanks again guys..

We have no words to describe just how brilliant these guys are, Our guests never left the dance floor from the moment they started to play, they were able to read the crowd perfectly and knew exactly what to play to keep them dancing, we received such wonderful feedback from our guests about how much they had enjoyed the band. Alan and the band played at our recent wedding. Everything went wonderfully- the crowd were dancing all night and they gauged musically choices very effectively throughout the set. Long Time Coming was one of the best choices we could have made. We got married in 11/11/2017 and the guests are still asking about them. The dance floor was jammed the whole night long. Not one bum was on the seats!

The set was perfect. I was super picky about what I wanted and they delivered! They listened to my mad ideas and just went on board with it!
The first dance was a difficult Queen song, which both my husband and I dance to all the time. Long Time Coming recreated it so well and even included the 3 and 4 part harmonies. Which makes the song what it is!

I can't wait have another big event so I can call on these guys again. 5 stars is not enough.

Very attentive throughout the booking process, wanted to know all about our music taste and info on our family, thought it strange at 1st but the night of our wedding we understood when we heard the shout outs and special requests, we felt like the band were really part of our special day, and not just doing another wedding. we booked a service not just a band. A CLASS ACT, everything neat and tidy on stage, members well presented and courteous, worked their socks off with a crowd that are usually quite reserved, we expected a more laid back wedding, with guests sitting back listening to music but we certainly had a party.. Advice to future brides and grooms BOOK THIS BAND/SERVICE and book fast... Thanks again long time coming for making our wedding so memorable.

Long time coming, what can i say, our wedding day was certainly a long time coming, what better band to pick for the name alone. But the show itself??? words don't do them justice, people have to see for themselves how good this band is. Picking our band was the hardest part of the planning, but we are so glad with our decision, they were the highlight of our day, everything that was promised was delivered, especially the one hell of a party bit.

Had the band in cavan last week. They were absolutely top notch from start to finish. Excellent band, really great, couldn't recommend them higher

***WHAT A BAND***. Cant thank Alan & the guys enough for making our wedding day so great last weeked. From the first time we went to see them play, 2 songs in and knew they were for us. The dance floor was full all night and they catered for all age ranges at our wedding.We were looking for energy & craic and we certainly got it-- bucket loads. While on the dance floor got loads of comments from our guests at how great they were, people still talking about the band. Lots of sore feet the next day, but that's only a good thing!!! Hi Guys We had Long Time Coming play at our wedding in June and we could not have been happier. The band played such a huge variety of songs and kept the dance floor full all night. We requested the band sing our first dance which was by The coronas and we were delighted with how it went. Everyone is still commenting on how good the band was. Long Time coming were absolutely brilliant. From start to finish they were so easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was set-up at the right time and then the performance itself - I think the full dance floor from start to finish spoke for itself, they had music that suited every age bracket and kept the guests entertained all night long.Would highly recommend them and Have already booked them for an event for next year! I could not recommend LTC enough, they were brilliant all night, catered for every person in the room played to the crowd and blew the roof of the place at the end.

When spoke before hand they gave us great advice, put us at ease and made the whole entertainment side run smooth. An absolute dream to work with and I've worked with a lot of bands and entertainers.

Everything we asked they accommodated especially the extra bits and surprises we added into the evening. And to say they raised the energy to fever pitch by the end is an understatement.

One great surprise we had from LTC was the amount of their own footage they shot, giving perspective and extra bonus video we were unable to get ourselves.

So if you're looking for a wedding band to make your day memorable and the biggest celebration of your life...on behalf of my wife and I could not recommend LTC highly enough, they go above, beyond and to the moon....than you guys can't thank you all enough

If I could give 10 stars I would! You made our day absolutely magical and I can't thank you enough. You were all everyone was talking about all night and we couldn't have hoped for better entertainment.

We saw Alan sing at 4 weddings with electric avenue, we always had a great night, me and my fianc? were at my cousins wedding in Darver castle last week and this band were playing, we never left the dancefloor, my feet are still sore, what a night, thanks for a great show Alan, felt I really had to post something here...We want you guys for our wedding

Definitely a 10 out of 5. Great tunes great fun. Never left the dance floor. Great involvement of the crowd and something to suit everyones tastes. Ps not a bad drummer either :)
