I went to 5 shops when looking for my dress - including Memories in Cork and I bought my dress here in Memories in Lucan. it was a dress I had tried in the cork branch and they shipped it to Dublin for me to retry there.
I enjoyed my experience in 3 of the 5 shops I went to - 1 was nice,2 were awful but nothing compared to the wonderful serivce and experience I had in Memories. The staff are fabulous, all of them and I sincerely mean it when I say I enjoyed my appointments here very much. They were calm and easy going and obviously know what they are talking about.
The set up is different to the other places I went to, they select the dresses for you and it was very refreshing.
I chose my dress in the Cork shop and the guy working there had it sent to the Lucan store for me to try there at my appointment last week just to be sure and the lady there, Victoria, was just fantastis. Veil, Shrug, headpiece the whole lot sorted and I will be back for bridesmaids in the summer. I have been raving about Memories all week.

I bought my dress from Memories in Lucan and am getting married next month. From the very beginning they were amazing to work with. Victoria in particular was just so helpful. She picked all the dresses for me, I told her what I wanted and she just knew immediately what to bring me. She made me try things I would never have picked myself and in the end I went for a dress that she chose as her wildcard! We picked our bridesmaids dresses the same day and everything has been so easy. The range of dresses is huge and the staff are amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them to every bride and bridesmaid. I can't wait to wear my dress next month, thank you all so much xxx

Top class service here at Memories. Went to the shop in Cork first and they sent a dress to Dublin for my appointment there to try it on again and others.
I picked my dress in Memories Dublin but both shops were fab - Brother and Sister I believe - both excellent and the gowns were just beautiful.
I loved my dress - I chose Cabotine and can't wait to wear it next year.

Myself and my bride to be both bought our gowns from Memories.
We had nice experiences in other stores but I can honestly say we both knew we would buy in Memories pretty much within 5 minutes.
The girl working there was so nice and very accomodating and her advice and guidance was exactly what we needed. A lovely experience and it was a lovely to thing to find both of our dresses in the one store and together.

Totally in love with this shop. My sister bought her dress a few years ago from them when they were in Temple Bar and when I got engaged I made a point of going to them last as I knew I would be getting my dress from them. We booked one of their VIP appointments and had prosecco and cupcakes and other things from their local bakery in Lucan. The appointment was 2 hours long and was perfect. They just know what they are doing, the dresses are stunning and the girls are lovely. It was relaxed and chilled out and we had lots of fun. The girls in the shop don't try to push you to buy, and the dresses are different to everywhere else I had been. Getting married next year and I don't know how I am going to wait to get to wear my dress!!!! Definitely definitely definitely book into Memories, you'll be glad you did

I got my dress and veil in memories and love them both. I had an idea of the dress I wanted and had looked in a few shops and none suited. I went to memories and told Karl what I wanted and the first dress he brought out for me was ?the one?. I dealt with Victoria on the rest of my visits and she?s such a lovely friendly person, she made it all very enjoyable. Thanks guys

My friend is getting married next year and this was the perfect wedding dress shopping experience for her - the shop itself was lovely, the dresses were absolutely gorgeous and the choice was excellent. Victoria and Karl In memories made the whole experience so easy. I was not looking forward to dress shopping as I had no clue what I wanted. They made it so easy and did not overwhelm me at all. The dresses, the service, the chats... everything was exceptional. You won?t go wrong paying a visit here!

Can?t recommend Victoria in memories enough!! I was on a very tight time frame and as we were eloping I was on my own choosing a dress. Victoria went above and beyond to find me my dream dress. Advised me on what would travel well and what dresses would be available on time. She even told me how to pack it!! She also sourced me a little jacket last minute and supplied my veil! They had a great selection of dresses and Victoria was so kind and helpful. I honestly couldn?t of found a dress without her. Would highly recommend memories bridal boutique.

This was my third shop trying dresses. I was under time pressure to find a dress and Karl hit the nail on the head.
I'm a plus size bride and was nervous cause I couldnt seem to find anything I liked anywhere but 2 dresses in and I knew I would chose my dress at Memories.

I bought my dress here in Memories in Dublin and am getting it fitted in their store in Cork cause my wedding is in west cork this weekend. Karl is there again every step of the way just great.

Genuinely delighted and am going to rock that aisle just like you told me i would.

Victoria provided a perfect personalised service and she really cared that we found the right dress. It's so clear that she has vast experience and she shares it willingly, loads of brilliant tips and tricks for all aspects of your big day. She'll encourage you to try a range of styles even though she listens very carefully to your preferences. I don't know how she pulls out the huge variety of dresses so quickly! She's very well connected to other local businesses and is helping us with a seamstress too. She was almost as excited as we were to find the dress. Highly recommend!

The Staff in memories are amazing at what they do! Victoria is so easy to deal with and nothing is an issue. Very flexible with offering appointments to suit busy brides to be and always replies promptly to calls or emails. I absolutely loved my dress and the whole experience with memories and would highly recommend them to any future brides.

My niece chose Memories after reading good reviews and talking with friends. Myself, her mum and sister went with her. Memories did more than stand up to their reviews. The shop is lovely. Great range of dresses and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Having been to a couple of other shops this one really stands out for their care and attention. They listened to my niece, helped guide and support her decisions. The whole experience was superb. My niece is very happy and we are all looking forward to seeing her walk down the aisle in her gorgeous gown.

Victoria was very friendly and helpful. She sat us down, had a chat, and went to find some dresses that matched the style I was interested in. She found suitable dresses quickly and all within the required budget and sizes.

One thing which I feel would have made the fitting better was if she pinned the dresses if they didn't exactly fit. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise great experience.

She made the appointment enjoyable , relaxing and got excited with us. I would highly recommend Memories - The Bridal Boutique.

i would just like to say that the way i was treated when i went for appointment in cork was just absolutely fantastic,,,, so professional and i was made feel like i was the only one that was getting married in the whole world,,, i got my dress and karl knew his job inside out,,, i sailed out of the shop walking on air,,, as all brides to be know that your wedding day is so so so important,,, and i would recommend karl and their selection of dresses to anyone intending to get wed,,,, please just go and make an appointment ,,, you will not be sorry ,,,, their dresses are just something out of the ordinary and different,,, thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for making my day and making me feel like a princess ...

I pass this shop on my way to work each day and even long before I had got engaged I was intrigued about what dressed they sell. I was content I will purchase my dress elsewhere and had my heart set on a particular Dublin boutique bridal shop. Nevertheless, I went to Memories really to browse around first and walked out with a deposit paid on my dream dress. All within an hour! Victoria is simply amazing - she listens which is important as I am one fussy bride - and she immediately knows what you are after. Clever enough she saved the best for last - whether it be a very strategioc sales technique or not, I don't know but I surely bought it! THE DRESS. You really feel like in your own living room with your best mate, she makes you feel comfortable you really do not want to go anywhere else. And I did not, I cancelled the appoitment in my dream shop and paid a deposit on a stunning dress I would not have been able to afford if it was new. I did then get cold feet about the dress but I was able to speak to Kate about this and was reassured when I saw myself in it again and allowed to take pics to go back to. Memories are so accommodating you do not feel pushed into a decision or rushed out because there are million other brides waiting for their appointments. They are always there to listen and give you advice. I could not recommend them enough. thank you girls!

Kate is just a dream to help you pick your dress! I thought i had seen the dress I wanted in another store, but once i went in here and started trying on dresses, that one went out the window. The fact that you can try on dresses in your size and not sample sizes was the best for me, as I couldn't imagine what my size 14 figure would look like when squeezed into a size 10-12 elsewhere! Here they give you dresses in your size so you know if it suits and fits. Also, dresses are so different to the run of mill styles in other shops - that, I loved most of all!

This was the first place I visited. They have a fantastic selection of dresses and accessories. Victoria sat down with me and went through with me exactly what I had in mind. She really listened to me as the choice of dresses she picked out for me were exactly what I wanted. I was able to try on all the dresses that Victoria picked out for me and then afterwards to pick my favourite three and try them on again with accessories. I bought my dress there and then and I absolutely love it.

I visited the shop with my bridesmaid last year. It was the first bridal shop we went to. We met with Victoria and she listened to our ideas and what we wanted. After that we cancelled the other appointments we had made and put a deposit o my dress.
All the staff there are so friendly and the experience is so special. You really get that extra special attention. Thanks to Victoria and her staff. They made the experience a pleasant and memorable one, taking the stress out of it all. I would recommend this boutique to any bride. My dress has received so many compliments and I love it so much!

I would highly recommend this family-run bridal shop to any bride-to-be. Especially to anyone looking for something a little bit different (with a different price tag too). It was the first bridal shop I went to and I found my perfect dream dress.
I was a little nervous to start but Victoria listened to me and everything I described about our wedding which is a little alternative and so wanted a different kind of dress to the mainstream. I think it was fate to go to Memories as Victoria picked out for me the most beautiful guna (dress) that is perfect and suits me to the ground.
I was amazed at the range and styles of dresses stocked and the knowledge supplied with them all too.
Kind, professional, skilled and very friendly staff - everything a girl could want (and deserves too!)

I went to Memories after a recommendation from a family friend and I am so glad I did. I had never tried on a wedding dress before and was worried about what style would suit me. The girls were amazing and after looking at a few pictures I had brought with me they brought out some of the most beautiful gowns. After 1 hour I had found the dress of my dreams!! I cant thank Memories enough for their help. This boutique is a little gem and really luxurious inside with a friendly atmosphere. The prices are fantastic with both once worn and new dresses. I cant recommend it highly enough and cant wait until our big day.

Stumbled upon this fabulous shop on Parliament St Dublin by pure chance and found the perfect dress at an amazing price.I reckon it was fate!From the moment I walked in the door, I loved the feel of the place.The decors is sophisticated and funky all rolled into one,they have an amazing selection of dresses and the staff really know what they are doing.They have a real flair for fashion & for picking out the type of dress to suit your figure.Anyone looking for that perfect dress would be mad not to check it out! You don't have to spend crazy money for the perfect dress...go there & you will see for yourself. Special mention to Niamh.Thanks for all your help.

Memories was the final shop I had arranged to visit on my first day of looking for a dress. I loved the feel of the shop as soon as I walked in and the assistant really listened to what I wanted - this was reflected in the dresses she chose for me to try on.In the end, it was a dress that I wouldn't have picked out myself that I fell in love with. I bought it on the spot and am really delighted with it!
