Surefire Trio - Tonight, We DANCE!

I cannot say enough good things about Surefire Trio! To begin with, Roy was so friendly and approachable in the lead up to our wedding. Out of all of our suppliers, he was definitely the most efficient, and the quickest at replying to us. This definitely makes a huge difference when trying to co-ordinate lots of wedding service providers. Also, there was no request from us that was too much, and I could tell that Roy and the lads were really genuinely keen to make our wedding day the best that it could be!
The Surefire Ukulele Duo played for my ceremony entrance and exit, and also played at our drinks reception. The music was fantastic and really added to the atmosphere. I don't even think that the lads took a break at all. They were just brilliant!
After our dinner, my husband's band played some tunes first, which added a certain amount of complication to the whole setup and timeline etc. Surefire fitted seamlessly into the entire operation however, even though it has to have caused them a certain amount of inconvenience. My husband really enjoyed playing for our guests, and I was so impressed by the patience of Roy and the lads, as they waited for him and his friends to finish up! I can't thank them enough for fitting in around these wannabe rockstars!! :-)
I also really enjoyed how Roy and the lads let us choose lots of songs for our DJ set, and they even learned "Maniac 2000" by Mark McCabe for our first dance! Honestly, they couldn't have done more for us!
I'm so glad that I booked Surefire Trio for our wedding, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They had the dancefloor buzzing for the entire night. Roy was like an old friend by the time our day was over, and we can't thank him and the lads enough for a brilliant day and night of entertainment!

The most amazing wedding band. Roy was a pleasure to deal with from day one. He is so prompt on the email or text never have to wait long for a reply. We had to reschedule 3 times due to the pandemic and Roy was so helpful and accommodating. The music is great and will have the dancefloor up all night and the DJ set they provide is first class. Picking a band can be a minefield but take the stress out of it and go with SureFire Trio you will not regret it.

SureFire Trio were amazing, huge selection of music and styles to choose from. All crowed pleasers and played them so well.Our guests still keep talking about how great they were!

Roy was extremely flexible with the ever changing Covid restrictions and made every effort be flexible where possible. Extremely professional and fun to deal with too.

They put so much energy into making our evening a success. We highly recommend them to friends and family.

We highly recommend the Surefire Trio as they did a tremendous job for us at our wedding recently. We chose the guys after watching their online videos, getting a feel for their style and reading all the glowing reviews of their past events. The band certainly do not disappoint! We opted for the Ukulele duo to give our canape reception a bit of a unique vibe, and everyone loved them! (One of our guests is now planning on buying a Ukulele!). The band then played for the evening reception followed up by their DJ services into the small hours. All our guests commented on how great the guys were and I'm told their is interest from some of our family and friends hiring them for a future date (maybe see you guys again soon!). The mix of music and style was spot on and I cannot thank the guys enough for helping make our day as good as we hoped. On the organisation side of things, Roy made everything super easy - including liaising with the venue manager directly for logistics to make our planning easier. We were kept informed of everything well in advance and nothing was left unanswered. A big thank you from us - all the very best for the future.

Sure Fire Trio are a brilliant wedding band and we couldn?t recommend them highly enough. Played at our wedding in Aug 2018 and they were fantastic.
We organised the wedding which was in Athlone from London where we were both based and Roy was a pleasure to deal with.
We went for the full package - Ukulele reception, Full Band and the DJ, which we recommend as great value for money.
The band accommodated special requests for the first dance and a group dance which really made the night. Great song selection, interaction with the crowd and they kept the dance floor full for the night.

Surefire Trio played at our wedding in Moyvalley two weeks ago and were absolutely amazing. Roy was so professional to deal with and made everything so easy. The dance floor was full all night and guests are still coming up to us to say how amazing they were. They played a great mix of songs and were so lively and energetic. I would highly recommend them and could not praise them enough. A super band!

Sure Fire Trio are a fantastic wedding band they had the dance floor rocking for the entire night. Even though they had a set list for the night they made it clear to all guests that they had no problem taking requests. Roy is very easy to deal with and responds almost immediately to all queries. Couldn't have asked for a better band. They made the whole band booking process very easy. We would highly recommend them.

It's another five star review and deservedly so. We had a similar experience to most on here in that when we found them online and made contact, they responded almost immediately and provided dates of gigs they were playing where we could see them live. Unfortunately we were not able to see them before our wedding but the videos on social media gave a lot of comfort.

We were asked for a sample of songs that we would like played. All were incorporated and further, whilst our first dance song was not in their library, they learned it for us and tailored it to make it very personal. I can't thank them enough for that. A great band and a strong DJ set from Roy kept the dancefloor busy at all times.

These guys were excellent at our wedding in December last year! We cannot recommend them enough to everybody. We booked these guys on the spot at their show case as they played 'our' song, With or Without You by U2 second song in - their version was amazing and we could feel how 'into' the music they were!

From day one, Roy was lovely to work with and he put us in the know about a lot of things we definitely would have missed, probably never have thought of, like the secret to a full dance floor ;)

We hired the Surefire Trio for our wedding in September and they were absolutely excellent! They gave us great advise leading up to it and were very professional every time we emailed them with questions. Roy and his band were great to deal with from start to finish. They really put a lot of energy into their set. The wedding guests are still talking about them. I asked them to play all upbeat rock and they are so suited to that genre. Our first dance was the Proclaimers- 500 Miles and they rocked it out. They were friendly, professional and excellent value. We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an upbeat fun vibe.

Brilliant wedding band and lovely blokes, can't recommend Surefire Trio enough! Our wedding night was absolutely electric because of these guys, lots of energy and great songs from start to finish. Our first dance was written by a very good friend of mine, who is no longer with us, and the guys put together a really beautiful version of it for us, they really put their own stamp on it which made it even more of a tribute and a one of a kind for us!

Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful performance at our wedding. The variety in your songs was super and we were amazed to see even our oldest guests on the dance floor. We especially appreciate you taking the time to create your own beautiful version of our first dance, it was better than the original! Roy is an incredibly versatile singer and switched from modern songs to old waltzes effortlessly. Nothing was a hassle for the lads and Roy even did an extra hour of his DJ set for us and kept our night going into the wee hours. From start to finish you sounded great and everybody was delighted with your music, even the granny said ya did a mean waltz :) I would totally recommend surefire to anybody getting married, their not your normal cheesy wedding band and that's why we picked them! They put so much into our wedding and Roy was by far the easiest musician to deal with that we spoke to, nothing was ever a problem - - even when we had to change our venue! They also learned our first dance and did an amazing job on it - everybody should go see them live!

Fantastic band and really great guys! Roy was incredibly helpful and always available to take our calls, he made our decision very easy compared to our experiences with a handful of other wedding bands. They kept all of our guests happy the night through and even played an extra half hour upon my request without batting an eyelid!
